PHOTO AWARDS • PROJECT GRANTS • REVIEW SANTA FE

CENTER Santa Fe is now accepting applications for the annual awards, project grants and Review Santa Fe portfolio reviews. The Calls for Entry are open to photographers and lens-based artists around the world.

The 2026 project advancement packages include $16,000 in direct funding, Review Santa Fe admission, publications, and more.

CENTER utilizes a blind judging process, no resumes are reviewed. Photographers at any point in their careers are invited to apply.

2. PROJECT LAUNCH GRANT
Provides a complete or nearly complete series with $5,000 in project funding, admission to Review Santa Fe, publication, and more

SUBMIT • 15 - 20 images and a project statement
3.ME&EVE AWARD
Provides a female or LGBTQ+ photographer who is 40+ years old with $1,000 in project funding, admission to Review Santa Fe, presentation, publication, and more.

JUROR • Barbara Tannenbaum, Curator of Photography, The Cleveland Museum of Art
SUBMIT • 15 - 20 images and a project statement

 
4. PERSONAL AWARD
Recognizes outstanding images, whether singular or part of a series, that engage in the exploration and expression of the power of self-representation and/or underrepresented experiences, with admission to Review Santa Fe, presentation, publication, and more.

JURORS • Marina Chao, Curator, Center for Photography at Woodstock 
SUBMIT • 1 - 6 images and a project statement
5. SOCIALLY ENGAGED AWARD
Recognizes outstanding images, whether singular or part of a series, addressing social issues, with admission to Review Santa Fe, publication, and more.

JURORS • Jeffrey Henson Scales, Photography Editor, The New York Times
SUBMIT • 1 - 6 images and a project statement
6. ENVIRONMENTAL AWARD
Recognizes outstanding images, whether singular or part of a series, focusing on the state of the ecological environment, with admission to Review Santa Fe, publication, and more.

JURORS • Dominique Hildebrand, Climate & Environment Photo Assignment Editor, The Washington Post
SUBMIT • 1 - 6 images and a project statement

 
7. REVIEW SANTA FE
The 25th Photo Symposium includes juried portfolio reviews for photographers seeking audience expansion, critical discussion, and community connection. Review Santa Fe is scheduled to take place 
October 22–25, 2026 in the historic UNESCO city.

SUBMIT • 15 - 20 images and a project statement
